  • 1 medium ripe bananas peeled, sliced, and briefly frozen for creaminess
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries unsweetened, straight from the freezer
  • ¾ cup frozen pineapple chunks small pieces blend more easily
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt or vanilla skyr full-fat for the thickest texture
  • Optional toppings:
  • 1 cup fresh mixed fruit sliced just before serving for freshness
  • ½ cup granola adds crunch and contrast
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut unsweetened for balance

Method
 

  1. Slice the bananas into chunks and freeze until firm if time allows.
  2. Add the frozen fruit and yogurt to a food processor and pulse until thick and mostly smooth, stopping to scrape the sides.
  3. Continue processing until the mixture is fully creamy and spoonable.
  4. Divide the smoothie into bowls and finish with your favorite toppings before serving right away.
