Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries Frozen strawberries are preferred for texture, but fresh can be used if necessary.
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk Choose a neutral-flavored milk for best results.
  • ½ cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt This brand provides a creamy texture and tanginess.
  • 1 scoop Cellucor Vanilla Casein Protein powder Casein protein helps create a thicker shake; use vanilla flavor for the best taste.
  • 2 tablespoon ⅓ Less Fat Philadelphia Cream Cheese This lighter version gives the creamy cheesecake flavor without being too heavy.

Equipment

  • 1 High-speed blender For blending all the ingredients smoothly. A Vitamix or similar blender works best for breaking down frozen fruit and creating that smooth, creamy texture. A regular blender works too, but you might need to blend a bit longer.
  • 1 Spatula Helps you scrape down the sides and get every last bit of shake out of the blender.
  • 1 silicone ice cube trays Optional: Freeze leftover yogurt in these to add creaminess to future shakes without watering them down.
  • 1 glass straws Optional: Because sipping a thick shake through a reusable straw just feels right.

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into glasses and, if desired, top with whipped cream and crushed graham crackers.
