Ingredients
  

  • 10 ounces almond milk or any milk of your choice, use plant-based for dairy-free
  • ½ scoop protein powder choose your preferred flavor or type
  • 1 cup frozen cucumber pieces 5 ounces, slice cucumber into bite-sized pieces and freeze
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt for added creaminess and protein
  • 1 lime juiced (adds freshness)
  • 1 tablespoon no-sugar honey or regular honey for sweetness
  • 1 ounce baby spinach leaves a big handful, for nutrition and color

Equipment

  • 1 High-speed blender A powerful blender like Vitamix, Ninja, or Blendtec is necessary to ensure the frozen cucumber blends smoothly. Weaker blenders may leave chunks.

Method
 

  1. Add the almond milk to the blender, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
