Method

  4. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, and feta in a bowl and gently toss together.
  5. Heat a lightly oiled grill pan over medium-high heat until hot and ready for cooking.
  6. Cook the marinated chicken pieces for about 7 minutes per side until fully cooked through and nicely charred.
  7. Warm the pita breads on the grill for a short time until soft and pliable.
  8. Layer the vegetable mixture onto each pita, add grilled chicken, and finish with a generous spoonful of tzatziki before folding to serve.
